What other shows (non King Gizz) are you seeing?

Next handful of shows are all ones I’m super stoked for -

August - Blood Incantation (first time seeing them after being a fan for years)
September - Conan
November - The Mars Volta

Sure a few more will pop up before the years over but holding back on going to a ton of shows this year

Updated list, copypasted from the other .Net:

April 2: Trey Anastasio [and Jeff Tanski], Boch Center Wang Theatre, Boston, MA
May 29: Pigeons Playing Ping Pong / The Infamous Stringdusters / Melt, Casino Ballroom, Hampton Beach, NH

June 22: Phish, SHNU Arena, Manchester, NH
August 22: Widespread Panic, MGM Fenway Music Hall, Boston, MA
September 29: Steven Wilson, Boch Center Shubert Theater

One other show I want to see is Mt. Joy on September 20 at TD Garden. Sadly, it looks like Gizz will have to wait until next year.

The shows I currently have tickets for this year would be Nate Wooley Ches Smith & Chris Corsano, Blood Incantation with Krallice, Scowl, Messthetics and James Brandon Lewis, and Sparks. Oh, and Thou when they confrim fall dates.
Will probably try to see Knoll, Blackbraid with Lamp of Murmuur, Jesus Lizard, and Acid Bath.

Just popping in to say that Peach Pit and Briston Maroney were awesome. I bought the “jimmy” album at his merch booth a few days ago, and got some unreleased version “Galaxy vinyl” that doesn’t exist online, had 3 extra songs.

Everything Peach Pit has pressed is worth owning. Their first album is 10/10

Hell yeah, man! Can’t wait!

Tomorrow evening. It will be 35°C (95°F) when his guest “Die Verlierer” will start their performance. Well possible they play a bit longer than usual, so Iggy can begin a bit later when it’s at least a bit cooler. Also expect some adjustments to the set list which wouldn’t be a bad thing for me, I like his slower stuff. I’m sure Jimmy will deliver as he always does.

My Morning Jacket tomorrow night in Bend, OR. I saw them 5 years ago without knowing who they were and got my mind blown. So excited about tomorrow! LCD Soundsystem on Sunday.

Sick! I’m seeing Blood Incantation and Krallice tomorrow in SF. I want to see Ches Smith’s show but prolly won’t make it. I’ve seen him play with Secret Chiefs 3 many times. Seeing SC3 with Budos Band soon. Also got Castle Rat lined up. I just got into the new Messthetics with James Brandon Lewis. That shit is dope.

Actually right now.

Redd Kross opened for them, 2 members of the Melvins in the band , audience still lame. Well, I had fun.

Bob Dylan & Willie Nelson tomorrow night! I saw this tour last year with Roger Waters & Allison Krauss. That was a pretty good show on a very hot day. My main complaint was that so many people talked through Dylan’s set, and he was quiet as it was. But the tickets were $25/each day of show and my kids got to see Bob Dylan live. So, it was worth it regardless of how good the show actually was.

This year, I’ve got a friend visiting and he’s never seen Dylan. So, I’m going back to the Outlaw Fest! I love Dylan so I’ll be glad to see him no matter what.

I don’t get why people keep talking during a concert. Fortunately, that’s impossible during a Melvins concert, they’re just too loud (and I was very happy I always have ear protection). Would love to see Dylan though.

Hopefully Clipse on Tuesday at the Fillmore Miami Beach

My next show is QOTSA next week in Dublin

Continue to be obsessed with small Denver-based prog-jam band Squeaky Feet.

I am hoping to catch Swans during their European tour this autumn:) Recently listened to Soundtracks for the Blind and it was such an interesting experience

Hope you have fun man! I went to se QOTSA when they were in Budapest and it was a phenomenal concert!!
