What other shows (non King Gizz) are you seeing?

Just got a ticket to see Cattle Decapitation in a few weeks. I think this will be the…10th(?) time I’ll be seeing them. By and large the best extreme metal act doing live shows for the last decade now.

Yeah she’s not coming to my city either, traveling a few hours to catch that show. Been a big fan of hers ever since Dead Magic dropped, stoked to finally catch her live!

I’m getting on a 27 hour greyhound bus to Tulsa, OK tonight to see Billy Strings. Following him down to Austin before flying home. Despite flying across the Atlantic Ocean for Gizz this year I think this is the most insane thing I’ve ever done for live music.

Godspeed!

27 hours via Greyhound. That sounds…. like you’ll be very glad when it is behind you.

woof. I did 16 hours on Greyhound once, and I’m 6’6" so it wasn’t easy. Enjoy!

A few pictures.

The audience was a little bit slow to get moving - here you have a band playing music that’s so danceable, and nobody is moving. I didn’t let it bother me, and at some point I had about 2-3 meters of space around me, which was fine. In any case it was a great show. Kraftwerk are truly a total work of art. I highly recommend seeing them live. The concept of music and visual effects is really ingenious and only really tangible live. Watching a recording of a show can’t replace that. If you ever have the chance, you should definitely take it. It’s easily in my top 5 concerts.

I saw them on this tour earlier this year, incredible show! Sadly the theater I saw them at was seated and literally nobody was dancing which was a bit of a bummer.

Did any of the Kraftwerk fans notice the auction of Florian Schneider’s estate that occured recently?

A rare Synthi modular synth was included and went for >$100k!

Florian also appeared to have a taste for brass hunting horns!

That show sounds incredible, bummed the tour isn’t coming close enough to me to catch one.

Me too, so pumped! Love PRIMUS and seen them many times, but super excited for the Claypool Lennon Delirium!

Also snagged a ticket to see Flea’s new Jazz band and Billy Strings for this summer!

Saw Explosions in The Sky last night, incredible show. They opened with this track which if my favorite of theirs, definitely worth checking them out!

Glad to hear you had a great time – I’ve always been curious about seeing EITS live but never had a chance to see them in person. I was up in VT last weekend and missed their Boston date. I love their dynamics and epic crescendos

Just found out that Slomosa (Norway) is doing a full US tour this year, pretty stoked for it. It’s not often that these European psych/stoner bands make it out this way.

Die Spitz, some pictures of the concert. For some reason upload starts with the end.

I really, like their drummer, she is great.

Crowdsurfing is lame, crowdstanding is the new thing.

Field of Vision 2026 visitors will be very lucky to see them on a big stage. They’ll gonna kick ass. If I get the chance to see them again, I’ll not hesitate for a millisecond.

Sick!

Definitely looking foward to their set at FOV.

Definitely looking forward to the livestream of their set at FoV, which I’ll probably watch again and again.

An attempt to take a picture of the mosh pit which was pretty big for the size of the venue.
