Wondering about this too. Stu posted an IG story yesterday that mentioned “setting merch up early,” but afaik no actual official details other than that.
Early merch table outside the venue is so you can stash your stuff in your car before going in. Problem is typically at least half the people at a Gorge show camp, and it’s a long walk to the campground, so that’s not going to help the campers.
