Euro Rave Tour '25

Just booked the Nordic shows (Denmark & Sweden), first time in this part of Europe and super pumped. Tix still available and very cheap flights from the Eastern US. Sounds like some people are working on meetups for both locations.

I was kinda on the fence after the residency tour, but Nathan is just so, so good I can’t imagine what they’ll be doing by the end of this tour, hence why I went for the last dates.

Who else is going?

So excited to see what’s in store for the rave shows – Manchester and then London x3 for me! (ISO Sunday Brixton…)

First time going international for music, looking forward to taking the plunge.

ORB Announced as opening for one of the London shows, should be very cool! Interested to see who they have opening for the other shows.

@BetweenTheEars you’re gonna have a blast, pairing live music with travel is my favorite thing to do!

@kingcrowing I was getting curious about openers as well. Is that “O.R.B” the band from Melbourne that’s on Flightless? Or “The Orb”, the British ambient house duo (which appears to be on a UK tour with an opening on Sunday 11/2 that would fit in with the KGLW show)?

Also interesting to note the large disparity in showtimes between the Sat and Sun Electric Brixton shows. Saturday starts at 9pm, Sunday starts at 7pm. Not sure what this might imply, but time will tell.

I just bought my Copenhagen and Gothenburg tickets yesterday! I’m really excited to see where they will take Nathan.

FYI for anyone traveling to the UK – I’m just discovering you need to get an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) prior to travel. Costs 16 pounds, and takes a few days to process. Looks like a photo of your passport as well as a current photo of yourself is required, and you can do this through an app.

Info here: Get an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) to visit the UK: Apply for an ETA - GOV.UK

It appears this is a new requirement as of January 2025.

Most likely: Earlier Sunday curfew

Most exciting: 3hr rave show

Im headed to both shows as well. Any meetups happening for either shows? Cant wait to see what they have been cooking up!

Over on one of the discord groups I know people are planning meetups for all the stops but I haven’t seen exact details yet.

Also, looks like there will be a DJ opening on Halloween so probably a normal length show!

Just signed up to the discord! Cant wait for these shows!

Sick, can’t wait!!

oh man, my plans are coming together and I was able to get all the hotel/train logistics worked out for Manchester->Londonx3. Obvious statements are obvious, but good lord are London hotels expensive. So excited!

Quote from Stu regarding rave shows from an AU radio interview:

We’re just going to show up with our patch cables and our modular eurorack pyramid and we are going to have fun. Its very improv so we don’t know what is going to happen but we will put a few songs in the setlist for people to jump into and then we will just rave.

A friend lives in Melbourne, so jelly, it’s gonna be wild!

So jelly.
Part of me wants to (unwisely) get up at 5am and watch the set. Because otherwise, its gonna be HARD to get through the workday and wait until the workday is over to consume the show (and hopefully the wonderful youtubers who record the streams will be at it for tomorrow’s show).

Yeah I’m in the same boat… could wake up early AF, but I don’t think I’ll have enough energy to really enjoy it that early!
