I like to celebrate all of May ‘77. Was listening to 5/5/77 (New Haven) and it sounds like Jerry (?) starts Sugar Mag at like 3/4 time?? and then consistently denies the rhythm section’s attempts to speed things up… Turns the song into a sultry boogie rather than a quick silly bop!
