whats the story behind this? to me Bullant = techno/rave/electronica = the only Mike Love I know is also Love Inc, Mike Ink, Wolfgang Voigt from Cologne, Germany. He is a legendary manipulator of the 303 which is the basis for Acid music.
To expand furthur, Mike Love also seems to have been involved with a group known as Gizz TV in the 1990s, also credited is Walker, not sure of the first name.
Anyone that may have Acid Resistant, a continuous mix by DJ db from sm;)e communications circa 1995 in their collection, read through the notes and see what im talking about.
Im not sure if there is a connection but its a n interesting string of coincidences
i think the “fuck mike love” subtitle could be related to Mike Love from the Beach Boys (generally known as an undesirable person, at least nowadays (trump supporter, etc). i think they’re referencing him because of the “it’s coming up beach boys” in 2.02 Killer Year itself. just a bit of a pun, unless it means something else.
