any pictures of the setlist for tonight and the other night? some people are doubting the new songs, thinking they’re notes. but i’m telling them they are written on the setlists like songs
Just got back to the hotel and showered, it was HOT in the venue. Security in the pit were passing out cups of water for almost the entirety of the second set. I was a gloriously sweaty stinky mess after that show… all 2.5 hours of it! Basically it was 2 songs short of a Marathon Rave show. Are the next nights going to be like that, too? Swooooooooon.
9 songs in 150 minutes, an average of >15min per song. 
I won’t make any proclamations about the quality of the show tonight… despite an urge to call it the best show I’ve attended since… boy I don’t even know. Still kind of dumbstruck by the show to be honest. But on a personal note, the song selection was all up my alley. Never thought I’d see Hell’s Itch … I really like it. I had a similar drawn out “is this what I think it is??!! no… can’t be. OMG it is!” moment as it looks like y’all had watching the stream as well.
Zero doubt in my mind that I’ll be wearing out these tapes once the bootlegger comes out. That was a beautiful, wonderful, transcendent experience.
After the show, walking back to the hotel, it was a steady stream of halloween debauchery happening on the main drag through town with the clubs. Haven’t seen anything like that since college days in Boston. Seemed like traffic was in gridlock and all the clubs and bars had queues to get in. Total whiplash walking out of gizz into that!
